At Cotswold Botanical we love when flowers tell a story, and our Spring Cheer centrepiece does that indeed.

It’s all about the warmth of sunshine represented by mimosa and craspedia, and a clear blue skies that only dried delphinium can describe.

It can be purchases together with a cheery spring wreath in the background for a very cheerful set.

We dry our flowers from fresh to allow for natural movement set in time, rather than samey straight stems. We are conscious about where our stock comes from. All is curated in our home studio, so no harsh chemicals and dyes are allowed.

Dried flowers are a great long-lasting alternative to fresh. If kept away from too much direct sunlight and excess moisture, they will keep theit colour for up to two years. Some fading will occur, but it doesn’t really affect the looks, it will just look a bit different. Once you are done with this arrangement it can be taken off the chicken wire mechanics and disposed in a compost heap or a garden waste bin.
